Sometimes, Acupuncture takes more than a one off treatment to work and in order to see a more noticeable difference, you may need a block of sessions.
So what’s included?
Your first session will be your initial consultation. This allows me to assess you using a series of questions about your symptoms in order to see which points will work best for you.Your acupuncture is individual and I look at you on a holistic (whole) level to see how is best to treat you in order to balance your body, mind and spirit. You will receive the first acupuncture session once I have completed your initial consultation, on the same day. You will then have weekly sessions, completing your six week course and a check in will be performed each week to assess how you are doing and if any points need to be adapted in order to give you the best
treatment.
CHINESE HERBS CONSULTATION AND 6 WEEKS OF HERBS

Traditional Chinese Medicine including Chinese Herbs can help to regulate the channels of the body and unblock the stagnation of energy. By looking at the body from a holistic perspective, I can decide which points are needed to be worked on in order to restore the imbalance.
So what’s included?
Your first session will be your initial consultation. This can be done either in person or via a video link (whichever your prefer). This allows me to assess you using a series of questions about your symptoms in order to see which points will work best for you.Your symptoms are individual and by looking at you on a holistic (whole) level, I can see gather information which informs me how best to treat you in order to balance your body, mind and spirit. We are then ready to proceed to the Chinese Herbs. I will make up an individual formula of Herbs which can either be sent out to you or you can pick them up in the next few days (dependant on the availability of herbs in stock - I will keep you updated in regards to when your herbs are ready). Along with receiving your herbs, you will also receive an information leaflet with instructions. You must prepare and drink the formula everyday in accordance with the instructions. We will reassess your symptoms after two weeks of having the herbs everyday and evaluate whether anything needs changing at this point. You will also receive your second batch of herbs, this will repeat until we reach the end of the six weeks.

So what’s included?
Your first session will be your initial consultation. This allows me to assess you using a series of questions about your symptoms in order to see which points will work best for you.Your symptoms are individual and by looking at you on a holistic (whole) level, I can see gather information which informs me how best to treat you in order to balance your body, mind and spirit.This will then inform me which Acupuncture Points and Chinese Herbs will work best for you as an individual to treat your symptoms. I will make up an individual formula of Herbs which can either be sent out to you or you can pick them up in the next few days (dependant on the availability of herbs in stock - I will keep you updated in regards to when your herbs are ready). Every week you will attend an Acupuncture session and we will check in with how you are feeling and any of your symptoms. Every second week you will receive some more herbs. This will repeat until the six week block is complete. The Acupuncture may then become every two weeks depending on how you are feeling.
