My aim as a therapist is to treat each client as an individual and tailor the treatment required to their specific needs. I look at what is happening on the “whole” rather than just treating the symptoms. This approach is taking the mind, body and spirit into account therefore achieving better results for the client.

Acupuncture

Traditional acupuncture is a healthcare system based on ancient principles which go back nearly two thousand years. It has a very positive model of good health and function, and looks at pain and illness as signs that the body is out of balance. The overall aim of acupuncture treatment, then, is to restore the body's equilibrium. Acupuncture can help with many conditions such as mental health, womens health, musculoskeletal and many more.

Facial Rejuvenation

I Trained with Paul Adkins (Cosmetic Acupuncture UK) in 2019. The points in the face are stimulated to help the qi and blood come to fruition, this in turn helps the muscles to tone and creates the body natural collagen to help diminish fine lines and even out skin tone. Many of the traditional Chinese meridians end or start in the face, allowing Acupuncture to not only work locally, but to simultaneously treat underlying factors that contribute to the ageing process.
